1. Room Reservations
- Cancellation Timeframe: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the check-in date.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 2 days before check-in, a cancellation fee of 5% will be applied, or the deposit may be forfeited.
- No Show: If you fail to show up on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the full reservation amount will be charged.
2. Mini Hall Bookings
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
- Cancellation: To receive a refund (excluding the deposit), cancellations for the Mini Hall must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled event.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and additional charges may apply based on the services reserved.

4. Changes to Your Reservation
- Date Modifications: If you wish to change your reservation dates, please contact us at least 2 days prior to your check-in or event date. Date changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
- Partial Refunds: If you shorten your stay or reduce the duration of your event after the booking is confirmed, partial refunds will only be issued if changes are made within the permitted cancellation window. Otherwise, no partial refunds will be granted.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Raja Reddy Lodge and Mini Hall reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional charges.
