- Cancellations must be made 2 days prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made after the specified period may result in charges as outlined in the reservation details.
- Raja Reddy Lodge and Mini Hall reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure events or unforeseen maintenance issues. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternatives or a full refund.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room or event space during their stay or event.
- Any damage, loss, or misuse of property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
- Raja Reddy Lodge and Mini Hall operates a non-smoking policy in all rooms and event spaces. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning fee.
6. Event Bookings
- Bookings for the Mini Hall for events must be made in advance.
- A deposit may be required to secure the event date. This deposit will be non-refundable if the event is canceled within 3 days of the event date.
- Event attendees are responsible for abiding by all lodge and hall rules, including noise control, cleanliness, and respectful use of the facilities.
7. Payment Terms
- All payments are due upon booking confirmation unless otherwise stated.
- For event bookings, a deposit may be required, with the balance payable before or on the event date.
- Raja Reddy Lodge and Mini Hall reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if payment is not received on time.
8. Liability
- Raja Reddy Lodge and Mini Hall is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay or event.
- We are not liable for any personal injuries or accidents that occur on our premises, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
- Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings and use the provided facilities responsibly.
